Return policy
We want you to LOVE your products! If you have a change of mind, that's cool, just read our policy first before you create a return request. Keep reading!
If you have changed your mind about a purchase we will exchange your item or store credit provided that:
- you return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
- products are returned with 1Body cotton bag
- you have proof of purchase
- the item is in original saleable condition:
- unwashed
- swing tags attached
- unused
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, 1Body reserves the right to refuse an exchange or store credit on change-of-mind items.
No refunds or exchanges on final sale items or gift cards.
Full-priced items purchased with a discount code or temporary promotion code are eligible for a store credit.
Products that can't be returned
Hygiene reasons
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the exchange or return for the following item:
- Swimwear without hygiene liners still in place
Personalised products
Personalised products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Once an order has gone into production it then becomes non-refundable.
There’s only one of you in the world. It's pretty much impossible to find someone else who would like to purchase your product with your initials on it. Please choose wisely - check you have the right size and spelling.
Faulty products
We will fulfil our legal obligations if an item is faulty, which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product.
Store credits and exchanges
If your return is accepted, a store credit will be issued in the form of a code, which you can apply at the checkout to purchase an alternate size/item online.
If you return any products you have purchased using a gift voucher, you will be issued with a store credit.
Please note that we may not be able to offer a replacement or exchange on some products if there is no longer stock available.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 days from the date we receive your item to process your return.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Shipping costs
We don’t cover return costs on domestic or international orders. If you decide to return your order you will need to pay for your own shipping.
Please make sure your package is insured. 1Body takes no responsibility in case of loss or damage.
We do not cover importation charges, taxes or duty costs by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
