How long will my order take to process?

Can I track my order?
You sure can! Once your order has been shipped, your email confirmation will include a tracking number. You can track it right up until it arrives at your door.

Why can't I return my personalised items?
There’s only one of you in the world. It's pretty much impossible to find someone else who would like to purchase your product with your initials on it.

This can be totally frustrating and we are so sorry! Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help you out:

What are your products made from?
All our products are made from ECONYL® yarns which are 100% recycled nylon made from ocean waste from around the world. The waste is then transformed and recycled into 1Body products.
We use eco-friendly ink on all our printed fabrics. Let's talk about the outside, all our products are pre-packaged in bags made from corn starch that will break down in 3-6 months! Read our what we stand for page for more info.
Will my monogram last?
Yep, it sure will. All monograms are embroidered into your products. So they will last for a loooong time.
What font and size are the monograms?
The font is Serif and the size is 12mm or 1.2cm. We are working hard to give you more options in the not to distant future!
How do I use my store credits?
It's simple! We will send you a unique code when your return is processed. Add the code to the gift card field at the checkout.
What size should I order?
